Lifetime Guarantee is considered as Product Lifetime approximately 10 years from the time of purchase.

This warranty is only for Personal Home Use Only.

Seasoning Shop.Com provides lifetime guaranty on all mechanical or electrical products on and beyond standard manufactures warranty against any manufactured defects to Original Buyer or Gift Receiver*. Please return the product with pre-paid insured shipping cost. We will repair or replace the product with same or similar product depending on availability of product as some products are and will be discontinued or we may decide not to carry on our web-store any longer.

If the product is discontinued, we may replace with similar product.  In this case price difference may apply for lifetime guaranty and will be pro-rated according to the purchase date of the product. 95% credit in first two years and after that pro-rated at 10year Life Time of the original price giving minimum credit of 25% of original price against any replacement of similar product. There will be no CASH REFUND.

Customers outside of USA will be responsible for all shipping and reshipping charges to and from our location.

All claims must be made directly to Seasoning Shop.Com with a proof of purchase. Any items without a bill of sale will not be serviced and any returns or exchanges must be accompanied by first obtaining an RMA # from Seasoning Shop.Com. The Warranty covers only normal customer use of the product. If any damage results from misuse, abuse or accidental damage, Seasoning Shop.Com will not honor this repair or replacement procedure.

*Must be registered by the receiver within 30 days of the purchase by providing the name of the donor showing the name and address of buyers from our website only.
